These meals look so great. Next time you do the overnight apples and cinnamon oats, try adding vanilla extract and nutmeg. Makes it taste out of this world yummy! Just a suggestion. Love all the recipes tho!

You cut those apples perfectly !! So yum 🍎 For the over night oats you could stir all the exact same ingredients into one big bowl and then pore the mixture into the mason jars so you save time on mixing each individually and that way it all gets combined thoroughly too. This is a good way if you are calorie counting as well. Xx 💖

Something that adds extra sweetness for me is using coconut oil for sauteing my apples for overnight oats. Love your recipes! Never apologize for how much cinnamon you use, you're supposed to measure that with your heart.

Pro Tip: Use a potato peeler lightly on the back of those celery stalks to remove the strings = No more choking!

Quick tip….to prevent the cutting board from sliding around when ur cutting stuff, get a paper towel and wet it. Make sure it lays flat on the surface and then put cutting board on top. It will help keep it in place

Looks great. You can peel whole celery so you don't choke. Also, I put a lot of meat tenderizer on flank steak, poke holes in it on both sides with a fork and let sit for 30 min. Then season how you want but do not add salt as the tenderizer has a lot of salt.

Girlll I feel you! I’ve been in this lazy funk too ordering too much DoorDash, eating random food and inevitably feeling just blah. As soon as you cut those apple I was like uh uh let me get my lazy ass up and do some meal prep. Even though it’s Wednesday evening I’ll still get food prepared for next few days so I can try get back into a routine. This convenient lifestyle is doing nothing for myself and my budget 😅

Don’t be apologetic about cinnamon, it helps metabolize the sugars (like the apples and honey) and is therefore great for weight loss! Wish you the best on your journey 😊
