I'm in the 11th grade and I started watching your videos 2 weeks ago. Ever since, I started waking up at 2am, getting to school by 6:20 am, going to the library after classes and sleeping early without feeling exhausted.
I feel more confident about myself .

I also wanna add: guys, you don't need to wake up at 5am if you don't know why you need it. Make a plan for the day, build your own system and if it will be neccessary, do it.

Notes:
1)Set alarm for getting ready for getting into bed one hour before you're going to get to bed.
2) Do a 7-days challenge gradually decreasing the hours of waking up
3) Read before going to bed atleast 15min (also do not see phones before 1hour of hitting the sack)
4) 2 alarms, one in bed beside you, other away from your bed so to wake up and to turn that off.

I've been waking up at 4:30 maximun 5 am for the past year and a half because I work in another city.. and I've never been more tired in my life!! I'm always exhausted and my migraine attacks increased dramatically.. I sleep early to try and get enough sleep but I feel like my body is not adjusting well idk why!!. Maybe its different from person to another? I wonder why I dont feel positive about waking up this early like all the people are claiming how energetic they feel and how accomplished they become! Has anyone experienced this?

There is nothing wrong with school and college age young people sleeping to 7am, they are biologically meant to sleep longer than adults. A lot of people wake up earlier as they go into their 20s for this reason.

I've always been a night person but thisnyear I'm waking up at 5: 30am to work. I'm very tired a lot of the time. I've been doing it for a month now and I'm still not emotionally committed to it, I want to be up late but I need this work so I can keep going to school
