edit : im a little late(2 months later) but its so true that i wrote a whole pdf about it when i woke up, but not edit this message so

it changed the way i slept, u can literally sleep 90 minutes and not feel like a bag of shit

Sleep cycle is not equal to 90 minutes. It differs per human and the longer we sleep the shorter the timespan will become.
Nice infographics but they do not reflect actual situation with our sleep cycles.

It would be better to just show some kind of sleep phase diagram and explain it. There is a lot of usefull information out there.
