2. Avoid Heavy Foods in Dinner.
3. Prepare for Sleep - Cold Shower, Lukewarm Milk, Meditation, Soothing Music, etc.
4. Avoid Keeping Head to North, Sleep on the Left Side (promotes digestion)

During exams or internals. I surprisingly wake up early even after sleeping late. I sleep at 2 and wake at 5! But after studying for few hours i take a 2 hours nap... That's so refreshing!!

Thank you so much...last year my sleep schedule was so messed up...like...I used to sleep at 12 at night and wake up at 8-9 am but now I sleep at 9pm and wake up at 5 am daily since past months and I'm also doing yoga at least 1 hour per day😄💜😇

Everyone please keep a bowl of water in front, back and balcony of your house...due to summer heat many birds and animals are dying... please..this is my kind request to everyone 🙏
If possible please put some grains and little bit of fruits in a plate to a small amount of watermelon makes them feel good... PLEASE DO THIS TO SAVE THEM..

Note: Before serving any food to birds .. please give a check in internet whether the food you serve is save for them... because apple seeds, salt r highly dangerous food for them...so pls give a check...
