I watched almost all of Maya’s morning routines and I can proudly say that I can wake up at 5:30 every morning. And my mornings have been productive for me. I get so much work done. I get so anxious for all the work in the day but equally get annoyed when I wake up a bit too late. I think waking up early enough will truly help me feel a lot better and help me have more time later on. Thank you so much! <3

as a person with ADHD, my circadian rhythm is completely off, by a couple hours, so it's really a job to wake up early. even when I wake up early, I have the tendency to stay up until 1-2 am

Am I the only one who’s never ever woken up feeling refreshed/rested? I’m not talking about feeling ‘just’ groggy or miserable, those are things one can deal with but I’m talking about a true inability to wake up, feeling like you just fell asleep and you are being awakened, there is no natural wake up time either, you can keep sleeping no matter what. Health care is a luxury in my life, so I’m only looking for other sufferers. Thanks

i usually go to sleep around 2 or 3am, and i wake up around noon, but i'm super tired so i go back to sleep and i can sleep until 4 or 5. it's really unhealthy and i don't know why i'm sleeping like 14 hours, but i feel miserable when i wake up and i'm really guilty. i've also noticed a loss in appetite, so i'm not sure if it's related 😅
