You encouraged me to stick to a 10k step goal on top of my 4x weekly weight lifting. While of course diet is a major component I'm hoping to see some fat loss in a few months. Keep this channel going as it's helping me and many others.

Because a lot of us don’t have an hour and forty minutes to walk those steps. I can jog for 30. But congrats to those that have the time 🙌

People run themselves into the ground and wonder why they’re on the floor and can’t get up. If you have to go far on one tank of gas with no refills, don’t go pedal to the metal the whole time.

for those who want to lose you weight should try to familiar yourself with hunger. you can practice it by fasting. i can easily lose weight just by skip launch or calorie deficit consistently like usually takes 3 days for 1kg
