I am walking daily 1 hour at 5:00am in morning....by only morning walk i burn around 220 cals then again I walk during office lunch time and burn 100 cals there and post my office when I reach home I take 30-60 mins rest and go to the gym for weight training after weight training i return home have my dinner and protein and then again walk for 30-40 mins atleast....so by only walking daily I am burning around 350-400 cals daily and not to forget about cals that is burning after my weight training this is helping me alot and I have lost 1 kg in 8-9 days 😊

It's true, I ate at a caloric deficit of 500 cal and just walked on evening for a hour or 2, I went from 73.5 kg to 71.25 kg within a month, no gym, no workout, jist pure walking and streching, next goal 67 kg.

Ek cheez yaad rakhna guys jo thore 15 se 20 ki range ya even 21 try Karo ye sab mein thora late padhne ka looking lean and all that jitna protein kha sakte ho Khao and thora weight gain bhi karo toh chalega if you're not eating alot of sugar and mcdonald or jo bhi jada processed food hai woh sab avoid Karo and eat ghar ka food jada cause tumhara abhi growing period hai and you need the muscles and size for your proper growth but of course keep doing your excercise like running and strength training but abhi ke liye thora free raho thora late near 22 ya 23 chalu kar lo ye sab
