Finished! 😅 I loved the burn. You would think 10 lbs would be nothing when you carry a 25 lb squirming toddler around, but nope, the burn was definitely there!

Great workout! I used 3lb and 5lb just to better focus on reconnecting with my core. Heavier weights get me too focused on holding them lightly and u can lose track of what my core is doing while I’m recovering that strength. Almost 9 months Post partum! Baby joined me for this one 🥰

I've got my husband to do this challenge with me! Genuinely considering buying some weights; there are only so many drink bottles in our house 🤣

Finished! I’m a day behind so doubling up today. I love how fast the strength training goes and that I get a good workout in. I actually think I need to invest in some heavier weights!

Finished day two definitely not on day two. But my goal is to get them all done within a week and a half. I am in the middle of an autoimmune flair so some days I just can't function well. I determined to get this done though!
