Today is Day 5 of Postpartum Workout Challenge FULL BODY POSTPARTUM WORKOUT! I know how busy you are and so we will do this one in UNDER 20 MINUTES! I have the option to use dumbbells as well as a chair (or couch/bed/counter top). But I've given options to do the entire workout equipment free if you prefer. I have included modifications for diastasis recti or post c-section as well as advanced options. I hope you feel amazing after this full body postpartum workout!

Your postpartum workouts saved my life. I was doing meal prepping, following a very strict diet, drinking half my body weight in water and working out for at least 30 minutes a day. I reached my goal weight and then found out I was pregnant with my second baby. I gained back all the weight I had lost and then some. I ended up getting Covid for the second time when I was 2 months before my due date. I had to have an emergency c-section due to preeclampsia, high blood pressure and my placenta abrupted. We both almost lost our lives but we had the best doctor and team at the hospital that acted fast and got the baby out in time. When I got home from the hospital it was a good six weeks or more before I could even drive or walk up or down the stairs or even carry my baby. I was getting very depressed. I had lost 38 pounds by the time I got home from the hospital. I was right back to my pre pregnancy weight but I was no longer toned and I was very weak. When I finally got the OK from my doctor to start working out again I started walking with my baby around the neighborhood and looking for a workout that would help me slowly get back to where I used to be safely. That is when I found your workouts online. I was so excited to start my new journey and you have helped me with not only my body but my mental health as well. Thank you for what you do!!!

I think i will keep doing your workouts even years after giving birth. There is something about them that appeals me; the order, the neat visuals, the perfect audio quality, your calm voice and smile. They all set the scene perfectly for relaxing a bit before starting the workout after a long exhausting day. Please never stop this!
