Thanks so much for these! I'm 3 months post-partum. Nice and short but hard work, I've been starting my mornings with these and it's been great, real mood boost for the day too.

I’m currently doing just a bunch of your arms videos, because I bought a shirt with little cap sleeves and want to look better in it before summer is over. 😂 But I’ll be going back to your regularly scheduled program soon, and I’m so darn grateful for you! I am behind but just completed day 2 and love it! I am a first time mom with an almost two month old. Sometimes I cannot find time to workout (and I loved to exercise and run prior to when she was born) so these quick workouts really fit into my day! Thank you for all you do!
