Today is Day 10 of Postpartum Workout Challenge: POSTPARTUM LEGS AND GLUTES! I used 7 lbs dumbbells, but choose a weight that feels good for you or use filled up water bottles. I include modifications for diastasis recti or post c-section. I hope you feel amazing after this 20 minute postpartum workout!

Also bursting with gratitude after this workout! 6 months pp and not consistent. But these videos make me feel good when I do them! Had an emergency c section with twins. Our boy is in heaven and our girl is healthy after 54 days in the nicu. 💕

Thank you so much! This is the first workout I've been able to do since I had my baby 5 weeks ago. I'm just getting over a nasty cold with a cough and so this was perfect to help me feel challenged without overtaxing my lungs. Love your channel!

I love the monthly calendar videos it helps me to stay on track! I love that the workouts are 15-20 mins long so that I can do it while baby is napping! Thanks so much Jess

So happy to find something that is finally helping my pelvic floor pain!!!!
But is there a way to turn off the background music while doing these? Can't hardly hear Jessica's voice over the music sometimes...

Hi, thank you so much for your workouts, they are amazing!
I just have a question about the weights. I have been doing this challenge and I still have some diastasis recti, and in previous workouts I did use weight on leg exercises, but in this specific one you said if we have diastasis recti that we shouldn't.
Is this for just this workout or is it by default that we shouldn't use weights when doing squats exercises? Also, how about lunges?

Hello I'm newly postpartum and I'm waiting to be cleared for exercise. Do you have a specific workout I should start with once I am able to workout again? Or could you make a workout calendar of postpartum workouts I should do to safely get back into exercising? Did your workouts all throughout pregnancy and LOVED them
