I LOVE IT ! Thank you, I’ve been following you since my pregnancy and my baby is already 1 year old ! I love every video, so worth it. I don't know why I never did this one before! Now I'm conflicted between your (awesome!!!!) March calendar and this (which I can use - still struggling with the love handles). Either way, Jessica you're the best!! Love the quote of the day, so true 🙂

I used all your prenatal exercise videos during my pregnancy and I had an amazing pregnancy and also a labor that was positive. Your content gave me a lot of strength and encouragement to face the labor pains and I was already 7cm dilated when I went into the hospital. Thank you so much for all the amazing content that you come up with so frequently. After my recovery I'm planning to use your post partum exercises to get back in my groove.

Amazing stuff! All your vids are so well done. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

so this is diasis recti safe? currently 15 days post partum and just trying to make good food choices and walk as much as I can. I'll start working out at 6 weeks after my appointment and likely see a pelvic floor therapist too. cant wait to get back to working out. loved doing you workouts in pregnancy!

Jessica ! This is an amazing workout ! I feel my abs. When i do the hundreds or I lift the legs, I feel a separation under my belly, but no coning. Should I avoid it ? Thank you so much. And by the way, you look stunning.

What’s the best follow up video after this one? I’ve done level 1 and 2 being 8 years postpartum and it has helped me immensely. Onto the next level now… looking forward to getting there :-)
