This is the perfect postpartum workout if you ONLY HAVE 15 MINUTES, but still want a well-rounded KILLER workout in! We'll warm up, dive into the HIIT and then we have a nice stretch/cool down with some pelvic floor work! If you have diastasis recti or have recently been cleared to exercise after a c-section, use the modifications. However I give advanced options for partners or if high impact is safe for you! I hope you get to squeeze this workout in and feel AMAZING after!

Thank you so much for making these videos. I am 5 months pp from my third baby (and second c section) and have been doing them religiously every night after the kids are asleep since I was about 6 weeks postpartum. This recent pregnancy and birth has been a lot on my body (diastasis, prolapse, scar tissue) and I always feel so much better after your videos. I love that I can do everything at home on my own time and you offer low impact and DR safe alternatives. I’ve gotten my DR down from a 2 to a 1cm gap along pelvic pt. The quotes you share at the end are so perfect too and I’ll find myself tearing up a lot of times because I feel less alone in this postpartum journey. Oh, and my husband will usually do the workouts with me and it’s great time spent together :) thank you again for providing these free resources to us postpartum mamas, they’ve truly been so helpful to me.

I love you and all your videos! Before my pregnancy, I worked out with Ewa Chodakowska (a Polish famous fitness instructor) but once I got pregnant I started working out with you. I'm already 8 months postpartum and I cannot imagine working out at home without you and I'm not coming back to my old fitness instructors :D You're simply the best!
