Ok team we are starting off week 2 of my Fierce 2.0 workout program with a POWERFUL LEAN LEGS workout. It’s day 8 and this session combines lower body strength exercises with powerful, plyometric cardio bursts for maximum intensity. Remember to listen to your body and do YOUR best. You can modify any of the jumping exercises with low impact versions and still have a solid, and effective workout. Grab those weights and let's go! #HomeWorkout #legworkout #fierce14

Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells: I used a set of 20lbs and a single 30lb

Spent the whole day working at the hospital, legs dead tired. But still came back to crush the workout. Massive appreciation to all the dedicated folks putting their best 💛💚💜, and to Heather for giving us this awesome program 😇.

THAT was a LOT of SQUATS!!! Even the "lunges" are 1/2 squats...tricky! Awesome workout!!!!

I only had 15 and 25 lbs at home and even that was a challenge... loving Fierce 2 and pushing myself as hard as I can without injuries .... I am 62 and plan to do HR sessions forever -) I have not missed a day on the calendar since last December... Thank you #HeatherRobertson so grateful for you!

I'm disabled with CRPS 1 & 2 in my legs and struggle with staying physically healthy, and even though it's a "FIERCE" work out; I do my best to keep up and stay 💪

Week 2 of the fierce program off to a great start! Used 30lbs for most used two 25lbs for the deadlifts. Extremely out of breathe and sweaty now. ❤️❤️ thanks Heather ❤️ 😊

Hats off to all you who used “only” 25 and 30 pounds. I used max 12 and I’m dying. Another great workout and thank you for no curtesys in this one. Lol! 😂
