Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

To say Lilly has transformed my body would be an understatement. At 26, I went from a couch potato to a full on fitness girly now, thanks to Lilly. her workouts are more effective than the others.believe me.. i tried other videos of different couches but it worked just slowly. but with sabri you can see results as fast as 2weeks with proper discipline and healthy foods.❤️ thank you so much lily ..

I know a lot of people hype up the fact that they’ve lost weight to Lilly, but personally and I’m sure others can relate I’ve GAINED so much and I’ve never been happier! I’ve been recovering from an ed that had me messed up and at 89 lbs for a bit, but doing Lilly’s workouts while focusing on eating more and healthier has brought me back to the healthy weight line and I’ve never looked better tbh

day 1 ✅ at first it was rlly intense but u need to push urself to really get results. i did this 2 times today
day 2 ✅ easier than yesterday and i did it 2 times, remember to push urself

im doing this challenge accompanied with her ab challenge. will post updates!!! im a mom to two little boys who are 2 and 1, and since giving birth i have put on weight in my belly and thighs. cant wait to see the progress!!
day 1 ✔️the burn is real 😭 felt so good though!
day 2 ✔️ i am in so much pain from yesterday BUT workout complete!!! legs and abs are burning!!!
day 3 ✔my legs are still a little tender so laying on my side is painful but I got through it !! i'm feeling stronger!
day 4 ✔️im not in any more pain ❤️‍🔥 and feel really good
day 5✔️ my kiddos made todays workout more challenging 😅 but got through it. i dont see any visual difference yet but feel stronger than where i started days ago.
day 6 ✔️ this workout is STILL challenging. im literally screaming through the burn so if youre struggling just know youre not alone !!!
BTW my hubby left the day before i started this workout so basically a week ago…he came home today and told me i look slimmer!!! your girl felt sooo happy. i didnt even tell him i was working out 🥰
day 7 ✔️ ONE WEEK DOWN!!!! its almost 8pm yall. im committed! one more week to go. lets goooo.
day 8 ✔️ idk what it is but i dont like the side laying lifts one bit 🙃 still did it. still going to do it and force myself to try and like it lol
day 9 ✔️ completed !! i did this workout after a day at the beach and a few drinks in 😆 lets just say we’re feeling GOOD
day 10 - missed :/
day 11 ✔ completed! did my workout first thing this morning to avoid missing again.
day 12 ✔️ whew 😮‍💨 im now doing this workout with little to no breaks to relieve the pain. theres still a burn but feels soooo good
