Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

Okay, so I decided to do it every day for two weeks. Good luck to everyone who does it and don't give up! (I'll just do it for sight)

Day 1: ✅ GUYS its burnt sooo much but it felt really good!
Day 2: ✅ It's burned AGAIN but it felt really good AGAIN So, guys, if you want to give something up, think about the outcome and it's going to be a motivation! Don't give uuuup!
Day 3: ✅ oh god it was SO hard but i did it and I'm totally proud of myself and, of course, all the wonderful people who do this workout, too! And I see a little result! You got this guys!❤️
Day 4: ✅helloo guys again! So when i woke up today, i noticed a difference from yesterday. And that means it's effective even after four days! I LOVE THIS WORKOUT SO MUCH! Oh, and I added extra weights (1.5 kg) and after this workout I did it from Lilly the love handle wrkout. So guys keep motivated, and the most important thing; don't give up! ❤️
Day 5: ✅ i did it! I'm proud of myself because I was so tired, but I did it! I hope you always have some motivation, because it gives you strength! You're tougher and more persistent than you think! I'm totally proud of you!
Day 6: ❌ I'm sorry guys I felt bad today. But I'm going to try to do it twice tomorrow!
Day 7: ✅ Burnt. Yes
Day 8: ✅ okey so when i woke up today i saw result😳hell its work very well!

I've been doing your workouts for years so I finally wanted to comment. I've never been so strong and tight and I just want to thank you for how you've not only helped me feel stronger physically but in every way. Pain does us good, just choose your pain, and let it strengthen you. ❤️ I definitely used to doubt my legs and other aspects of myself. Not anymore. Thank you Lilly (I also named my lil dog Lilly).

lillys workouts go by so quickly! ive been doing homeworkouts for 2-3 years now as someone who w/ social anxiety related to going to the gym, and these workouts have been by far the most enjoyable to do!

post workout: this burnedddd. i did it as my leg day finisher and my oh my just because it’s short doesn’t mean you don’t feel it!! i loved how the exercises went to the beat of the music, keep up the good work lilly we love and appreciate you v much!💓💓💓💓

Doing this workout for 2 weeks!!
Day 1: ✅ My legs were on fire by the end of the 4th workout!! I can feel my legs getting sore already 😭
Day 2: ✅ Had to take a couple breaks
Day 3: ✅ I really enjoyed the workout!! This is the first day i've done without taking any breaks!
Day 4: ✅ I did this workout along with 2 other leg workouts and my legs were VERY sore
Day 5: ✅ Starting to get easier!!

I’m going to start this and update as I go. This is mostly for me so if no one’s sees this that’s ok.
Right leg: 27 in.
Left leg: 26 in.
Day 1: Burned a lot could feel my legs starting to get sore already🔥 🏋️‍♀️
Day 2: For some reason I was really excited to workout today. Felt good.😁
Day 3: I didn’t do it today cuz I didn’t feel to good, but I’ll start back tomorrow
Day 4: wasn’t able to do it today cuz I had a funeral and wasn’t feeling good. I might add two more days for the ones I missed.
Day 5: it burned sooo much today 🔥🔥
Day 6: My sister said my legs looked slimmer 😊💗
Day 7: I didn’t feel that good today but did it anyway and felt a lot better after 😁
Day 8: My legs are feeling really swore now 💪
Day 9: I’m a little behind but I’m starting again💗
