30 MIN No Repeating Exercise FULL BODY HIIT Workout - Summer Body Get Ready // Sami Clarke #FitAtHome

Hi friends!

So I've been trying out new workouts on my own and I wanted to share one that had no repeating exercises with you. Since it's a 30 minute workout I thought we could keep it fun by trying new movements and keeping myself on my toes. This was definitely one of the harder workouts I've filmed so I can't wait to read what you guys think about it!

I expected this to be really hard, but it was the perfect amount of high and low intensity. Loved it. <3 AND No lower back pain!

As of a few months ago I’d never heard of u and didn’t know who u were, until I came across one of your workout videos whilst I was searching for some. Ever since I’ve been obsessed with the few that you have posted and absolutely love ur vibe and exercises especially! I want to wake up on tmr morn (sat) and have a fresh good start to my weekend and was dreading having to find a workout to do in the morning, then BOOM I come on my subscriptions and this video has been posted 45 mins ago, couldn’t have come at a better time! Keep these type of videos coming, love them! Some good booty workouts with weights would be awesome, plus some ab burners! 👏🏻❤️💞🙌🏼🦋

I have never felt a 30 min session happen so fast! exercices were so fun and i LOVE the little break between each exercices! thank you, i finally found videos that respect my rythm

I never comment on videos but I'll make an exception for this one : this has to be my fav full body hiit ever!! I felt it, got sweaty, heart rate up, but it didn't feel painful" in a bad way like some other hiit I've tried. I loved the combined exercices, the fact that there's some low impact exercices, the no repeat, just everything! So thank you!

Hi! I'll be doing this workout everyday this week, then I'll be doing the ab workout (as there is no equipment where i'm staying) for two weeks, this one again for one week, then the ab workout again:) I'll try to update everyday, and I love your workouts!
Day 1: DONE! it was super easy at the beginning, but by the end i was exhausted and sweaty:)

Update: I love this full body hit! My body feels so good after. I like that I can still have a sweat and not feel exhausted after.

Just finished this workout and it was awesome! Since starting your workouts this is the first time in forever that I’m feeling strong and healthy. I went through 10 or more yrs with undiagnosed stomach issues. After finally getting down to the bottom of that surgeries, diet changes, and now your workouts I’m finally starting to feel great!!!!

Thank you Sami clarke for these excellent exercises that we can do at home, but I hope in the upcoming exercises, they add stretching exercises.

I loved this one!! I’ve been doing all your live workouts as well. Your arms and shoulders are amazing and I would like to get mine to be that strong. Can you please do more dumbbell arm focused workouts to achieve the strength you have? Thank you Sami!

Hey Sami, I’m so loving your workouts and really benefitting from them. My only “negative” would be that the 15sec between exercises is too long. 5sec would be much better. But thank you again and keep them 🇳🇿

really good low impact hiit workout!! not super high intensity but got my heart rate up and I really enjoyed the huge variety of exercises with no repeats
