This comment may be late since this video is year old but, I would have sent this to someone except all your clips of people actually briskly walking (except a short part at the end) are in slow motion. I know that many people don't understand what brisk walking actually looks like. Also, "power" walking is different than "brisk" walking. Thanks for all the other info though.

I go for walk when on a run rest day to tally l take in some fresh air and just be outside. I really should walk more than I do and need to work this into my week.

Thank you for your recommendations. How about backward walking? What is the best time to start walking: early in the morning or late in the evening? I love walking. I have been doing that for a very long time and find it usefull and healthy for my overall feeling I mean physically and mentally. For the last few days I have been doing that barefooted and my feet get relaxed and massaged. Walking gives me peace of mind and this is what everyone needs. I appreciate that. Thumbs up! Cheers!

I incorporate power walking with jogging/short sprints in my 10km daily routine every afternoon as well as weightlifting twice a week. I'm a healthy weight and feel fitter than I was 10 years ago.

Had a heart attack when I was 23. I can’t go over 150bpm to avoid issues. My doctor recommended brisk walking. I’ve been scared of exercising for a couple years bc I’m always scared of it happening again but exercise literally decreases the chances of cardiovascular issues. I gotta get over this fear lol
