He is wrong about beans and lentil, they initially do cause gas and bloating but when you eat it daily your body learns to digest it without causing gas you can look it up, you have to eat beans and lentils more often if you don't want the bloating and beans are lentils are very good for you they have folate and calcium and fiber which you need

I'm not agree with #9. I'm a health conscious Vegan, I've been eating beans, lentils, cabbage and wheat (...plus all kinds of grains and veggies). My belly is flat, my high school uniform fits me today perfectly (graduated in 1983). Just stay away from highly PROCESSED food, FAST FOOD and SUGAR :)
