It is so frustrating to have one expert say you should absolutely drink coffee and lists all of the benefits of drinking coffee. Then another expert tells you that you should not drink coffee and tells you all of the negative results of drinking coffee. Whom in the world should we listen to?

What I like about your video is that it is straight to the point and not a lot of excessive talking and getting into the weeds. Just pure simple easy to understand data. I don't have time to watch very long videos. Thank you.

As my mom once told me, "if you rise early, exercise daily, stop eating: red meat, sugar, biscuits, cakes and bread you still probably won't live to be a hundred but it'll damn well feel like it".
The truth is, we're all going to die one day. Everyone wznts to live a long healthy life but for the majority of us there is a balance between living longer and living healthily. Find your balance.

Omg! I had 16 lymph nodes removed from around my ovaries in 2017 and just now having bad lymphedema in one leg and groin area. I’ll be seeing a specialist in a few weeks for it. No one has told me to eliminate exactly what you mentioned here and I consume, daily. My biggies are dairy and coffee. 😢I already knew about the others, so starting now, those are off the table. I’ll register for your class too. Thank you!

As someone who has auffered with lymphodema in my legs for at least ten years, and struggled with weight, swelling, water rentention for most of my life, I can honestly say that this stuff works. I'm going to make these chamges one at a time and work them into my routine, someone mentioned about coffee being the reason I'm struggling to lose weight and I've gone from ten cups a day to about 1 or 2 at the most, and literally overnight I can feel the difference. I don't mind decaf. Now it's time for the sweeteners. They can go, switching to water and fruit infusion instead, I'm going to be sad to see dairy go but it's going to be worth it, I've always been big but had lots of energy and really struggle with my weight, metabolism and swelling, I think I'm learning the cause of many of my problems.

Thank you so much for this, I've taken notes and will work in the changes over the next few months. I can't wait to be healthier.

Edema can also be caused by varicose veins and poor circulation. The blood cannot get back to the heart properly and being on your feet in hot weather can cause swelling in the ankles.

I had edema for OVER A DECADE! Tried plethora of treatment including those tormenting pressure socks which just transfer swelling, and are more painful that edema itself for me. doc's were perplexed. For recent infection, was prescribed doxycycline by a doctor for infection. Side effect was that Edema also went away quickly, infection not so fast. Edema has never returned. YOU MUST TRY THIS!!!

I recently discovered some swelling in my right knee whereby I payed a visit to the doctor . Since coming across your channel yesterday I searched to see what I could find and you have given me these 10 things to watch out for . The only things in your list I've been using is 0% milk with cereal once daily and canola oil occasionally. I don't know what to do, because there are so many different information it's overwhelming and times confusing .

The only one that really struggle giving up is dairy… especially cheese and Greek yogurt. I’ve tried alternative yogurts that aren’t dairy based and I just don’t like them. Some of them may be okay for certain recipes, but I like my Greek yogurt. And I do only plain, not flavored.

I’m slowly working to eliminate processed foods from my lifestyle. It’s a struggle because it’s so convenient. Salty snacks are my weakness but I’m trying.

I only have one cup of coffee a day. I can’t give that up. I do have dandelion tea daily. I really enjoy it. Thank you so much.

I’m trying to get my mother to change diet but it’s hard for her to change. Little steps and hopefully some will start seeing the benefits.

My functional med doc said it’s mostly cow dairy and I could still eat things like goat cheese or sheeps milk. What’s your opinion on this?

Thank you for your video. I use unscented coconut oil (no smell or coconut taste) and wonder if it is good? Thank you in advance for your reply.
