Let me introduce you to TABATA workout!
It gives you such a good workout no matter how you approach it!
But this time let’s focus on hitting 4 big major muscle groups which are LEGS / CHEST / BACK / CORE. Get to know your body to fire up each muscle group to maximise your workout.

Your goal is to complete 4 sets. That’s a total of 19min including rest time.

Chosen exercises for today are Squat (Legs), Push up (Chest), Superman (Back) and Mountain Climber (Core). Standard movements you may think? I have provided 4 levels of modification for each exercise. Depending on your fitness level, feel free to improvise to maximise your effort!

You can go up and up the level by each set (which I’ll be doing for demo purposes) or stick to a level that suits you all the way, it's all up to you. But pick a level that’s challenging enough huh… without breaking the form. And promise me to complete 4 sets!

Truly grateful for youtube algorithm for shoving me this amazing video. Great for small spaces. Seemed easy at the beginning but at the end I was sweating like crazy. Your channel deserves a lot more subscriptions!
