If you'd asked me 2 years ago if I looked forward to running every day, I would have laughed in your face. I didn't think running was an exercise for me. But look at me now: after 6 months with the Joggo app, my perception of not only running but of myself has completely changed. Kelton used to be really angry and upset with himself. He would follow certain exercise regimens or diets, but nothing ever worked for him. So he decided to go on a 3-month running and weight loss journey with Joggo. 3 months passed, and he decided to continue his journey because... WHY NOT?
Well, ok, there are actually a couple of reasons why. Firstly, the previous 3 months had produced amazing results in terms of weight loss, increased confidence and, of course, improved running results. Second, his running goals changed during the first 3 months of his journey. Now Kelton is not just looking at weight loss goals. He's looking at other types of goals, such as working out and running at least 4 times a week, eating more whole foods, and becoming more positive and complimentary about himself.
And with the Joggo app and Kelton's honest effort and consistency, all of these goals were met and exceeded within 6 months. Not only has he lost a total of 27lbs and dropped two pant sizes, but he can run long distances without feeling tired or fatigued. In fact, Kelton LOVES running and can't imagine his life without the Joggo app. And as he said, "The Joggo app is going to stay on my phone as long as it's going to work."
