If you'd asked me 2 years ago if I looked forward to running every day, I would have laughed in your face. I didn't think running was an exercise for me. But look at me now: after 6 months with the Joggo app, my perception of not only running but of myself has completely changed. Kelton used to be really angry and upset with himself. He would follow certain exercise regimens or diets, but nothing ever worked for him. So he decided to go on a 3-month running and weight loss journey with Joggo. 3 months passed, and he decided to continue his journey because... WHY NOT?

Well, ok, there are actually a couple of reasons why. Firstly, the previous 3 months had produced amazing results in terms of weight loss, increased confidence and, of course, improved running results. Second, his running goals changed during the first 3 months of his journey. Now Kelton is not just looking at weight loss goals. He's looking at other types of goals, such as working out and running at least 4 times a week, eating more whole foods, and becoming more positive and complimentary about himself.

And with the Joggo app and Kelton's honest effort and consistency, all of these goals were met and exceeded within 6 months. Not only has he lost a total of 27lbs and dropped two pant sizes, but he can run long distances without feeling tired or fatigued. In fact, Kelton LOVES running and can't imagine his life without the Joggo app. And as he said, "The Joggo app is going to stay on my phone as long as it's going to work."

Great stuff! I've started running again after - probably 30 years! I turn 50 in July, and my aim is to incorporate running into my gym 'lifestyle' program. Fitness for life. That's my goal! Keep it up 😊❤

Keep going dont stop youve came a long way brother, jjst wait till u start seeing ur muscles (if u are working out with dumbells at home like me i have 20 pound dumbells) once u start seeing ur muscles come in ur gonna feel so awesome i remember when i first started seeing my triceps and biceps and was like "omg wow i am making progress i have made progress" cuz ik some days you dont feel like u make progress but u do, my mistake was i never rly took my before pics only middle stage pics but after i saw how i look now ckmpared to may 1st i was amazed so keep up the grind also walkjng helps alot too not just running

I would give you one really strong suggestion, if you don’t have, purchase a runner shoes, like a near to pro ones. I have issues with my knee as i started to develop tension in them by not wearing good sole shoes for running over the span of 4 years. It will not only provide stability and grip, but also keep your knees secure. I was 102kg and went to 68kg by running and gym. So i am telling from my personal experience. Thanks
