I like how he pushed out his belly at start to make the results seem even bigger

Alternate title: I ran a 5k, ate better food, and posed right

“So this is me pushing my stomach out before…”

Note: still worked out with weights, kept a clean diet. Let’s be real 😂

Brett, the before photo was a little misleading with the posture and chest hair. Any chance of posting more workout videos? Has been a while. Consider letting the chest hair grow natural. A new Brett, possible?

I experienced this in Afghanistan. 5k literally became a warm up and I’d comfortably run 15km after a month. By the end of the deployment, on top of all the other exertion, I had lost nearly 25lbs.. never been fitter or stronger.

It's a great fat loss video BUT
Coach Greg be like: My laser vision would say it is not 5%.

Cardio is very effective. It makes you stronger, gives you more energy. You will simply feel better.

I’ve done something similar, and I’m about to start training once my meniscus heals. Honestly running is one of the best exercises for mental and physical health

There’s more to this than just running. Dude is not only running, he is still dieting and working out.

Lol lost 8lbs and took away 5% of his bf% from basic cardio. Totally legit.

A 5k is literally just 30 minutes of cardio a day...

As a cross country and track runner for my school this is very true and it’s amazing how much running can do for you if you’re consistent with it.

Even as a distance athlete, I always feel fatigue at every point in my runs. It's just pushing through and being consistent.

He went from 17-12% bodyfat. Not 15-5%

Yeah, used to be not a fan of cardio. I wasn't seeing any gains with only lifting, rather the progress was slow. Until I started adding cardio.
