I did this stuff exclusively for the first 3 years of training when I got really serious about the gym. I only incorporated a more diverse array of exercises in the last year (my new program - The Ultimate Workout Split 2.0) and frankly, I’m not sold on it.

Agree with you bro. No nonsense training program. Maybe add some barbell rows in as well, neck and forearm work

Cycling is also great for calves and quads, especially hills. A lot of lifters neglect cardio and legs, so it gets both of them up to speed nicely.

what city do you live in? it’s gorgeous there. much like washington where Im from but our cost of living is such that we could never afford a backyard like yours.

Pull ups are not a reasonable workout for someone just getting started (unless you have resistance bands to reduce load that you are comfortable with). I wish people would show more back workouts for people who are not able to do pull ups yet.

This isn't even close to optimal.

It's a fine workout but don't avertise it as the best workout for beginners to make the best gains
