Ok, so how much weight can you really lose in 30 days? I mean judging by some ads, you'd think that your 100 pound weight loss problem could be easily solved within a month. I mean just look at these claims. These are garbage people, who are blatantly lying. Look, sure there's ways that you can lop off large amounts of weight from your body. So, how much weight can you lose in 30 days? According to the CDC, you should shoot for about 2 pounds a week or 8 pounds a month, if you want to increase your chances of keeping it off. I would have to agree with this and it's not exciting. It's not 6 pack abs in 48 hours. Which should be an indication to you that this is probably accurate. In fact, I don't think you should focus on the pounds, because for one, you can begin to get caught up in the numbers and check everyday, in hopes that the pounds will drop everyday from the day you start exercising. But our bodies do not work this simply. Instead, focus on your performance in the gym and while doing cardio.
