Thank you Boho. I v'e been doing your workouts for 3 years, when I started I could barley walk up a set of stairs. I was in consent pain with back spasms. Stumbled upon your channel a few weeks ago and am loving it! I have scoliosis and am trying to commit to doing these stretches every morning. Would love to see a video that has back stretches and strengthening specifically for those with scoliosis! Namaste 💗

You’re amazing! I’ve been doing your yoga for a year and the other night I did someone else’s yoga sequence (a sacral chakra kundalini sequence) and I pinched something was in so much pain I would cry getting up and getting down (I just turned 28) had way more relief after these 20 minutes than I have in 2 chiropractor sessions and $150 later. Started practicing your meditations after my daily morning Sun Salutions to build strength and create health not just in my body but in my mind. BOMBtastic! Thanks so very much! I’ve been doing all kinds of stretching, yoga, Pilates and HIIT sometime after the pandemic kept me out of the gym- you were too challenging for me when I started maybe 6 months ago…but I’m much more capable and fit now, but my tight hips, back etc are still an almost 24-7 endeavor. I’m a little embarrassed but I’m gonna call you 1 of my GURU’s… because even though I’ve been doing these for many years, your style of instruction is “just the right” way for me to apply it to my tormented and super tight body.
