I’ve been taking ACV for 40yrs, I’ve kept my weight the same all these years even after four kids.. I don’t have any health issues either…I do walk daily and do yoga..I’m 79 next bday 🙏🏼🌻

I take 2 table spoons first thing in the morning, then eat an hour later, then I take 2 table spoons with lemon juice around 7 pm, I have been doing OMAD for 3 years, I was 447 pounds I am down to 240, from size 54 pants and 6x shirts, down to 32 size pants and 2xl shirts, I am 55 years old and 6 3", I also look 15 years younger, its incredible, I have the stamina of a 25 year old. if the taste is still strong, use some cranberry juice unsweetened just a couple table spoons to make it easier.

Just started drinking 1 T. Apple Cider to 8oz water.. on my own, I've lost 44 lbs since June 2023. I am morbidly obese and i have lost mobility due to bone on bone knees. So i am working with a Baratric Surgeon & his team to continue building better eating habits.

The recommended single dosage is 15 ml (One Tablespoon) to 22.5 ml (One and half Tablespoon) maximum. You may take it diluted in 8-16 oz water just before or with every meal three times a day. Use a straw pipe while drinking it to protect your tooth enamel. Rinse your mouth well after drinking it.

If you consume too much ACV in a day (24 Hrs) that may seriously damage your stomach, guts and may create ulcers and piles. So, modesty is the best policy.

Every evening before bed, I use a medicine cup to drink a 30ml dose of ACV followed by a big slog of water to dilute the residue ACV in my mouth then, brush my teeth and tongue to thoroughly clean my mouth.

So I been taking apple cider vinegar on and off for a few yrs. It does work! I see that my belly fat goes away faster. Dr Zyrowski I started using 2 tablespoons of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar a couple weeks ago. I take 1 tablespoon with water and 1 table on fresh Lemon juice. Same thing at bedtime. I have had horrible carb cravings mid afternoon. After listening to your video I have the idea that if I take it in the afternoon it might curb some of those carb cravings.
