So, in this video, I would like to share three real examples of how to build a plan to change an unwanted habit

- Changing the time when you go to sleep
- Start running in the morning
- Getting rid of a habit of watching iPhone or iPad while in bed

Changing habits is difficult, so we should be patient and persistent, and build a solid plan to change every single unhealthy habit we have. Also, remember that it takes between 21 and 256 days to build a new habit with a median of about 66 days. So, be ready to show your persistence and determination!
