It is time for a new challenge! Guess what?! This month I am dedicating my videos to your progress! Even more specific than before.

This full month is targeted to beginner polerinas wanting to improve their skills and move on to their first inverts.

As with always take it slow, do a warmup right before and stretch as well!

This is the first video as part of the beginner series so you can use this full body warmup as a start to all your further workouts and combos to avoid injuries and to make sure that your body actually knows what is coming :)

really nice and quick warm up :) I feel warm but not too exhausted so I can still work on the pole. As a total beginner this can be a little troublesome sometimes. So thank you!
