Another time in my dream I was just floating around in the universe. I was attached to a rubber band that was extended from my belly button. The further away I floated the thinner the rubber band was getting.
I was so scared I thought that the band was going to pop.
I woke up and my heart was beating fast. I don't know what made me wake up so abruptly but I did. I'm glad that I did, otherwise I would have been floating around in the universe with no way back.

I find astral travel is falling asleep, but maintaining awareness. So God takes your consciousness when you fall asleep, except for in cases of people who Astral travel. They have managed to stay awake during this process, hence having more awareness of it.

As of me i heard astral projection while researching what happend to me couple of years ago while i was praying this thing happend to me the moment was exciting i was very happy i can look my body still standing in praying and as they say i didn't travel to places then gradually from floating i begin to slowly entered my body. Thank you for this video.I have been researching this topic for a few months.And i did read retty much everything on the net regarding OBE.I did practice what i learned and i can assume the vibrational state they talk about because i experienced it, it was very clear because it happens while still awake.As for astral projection i wasnt able to experience it as talked about, but one day i did experidnce a state that i can explain it as astral projection, and thats what happened:
I usually wake up toray the morning and stay awake till sun rise, after that i go to sleep before waking up to work, and so when i went back to sleep after sun rise that day, i was trying to relsx in bed preparing for obe and thats when i felt myself above my body, and when i tried to open my eyes icouldnt, it was like i had no vision and then i started feeling spinning around my body fast, and then i woke up in my real body.I know that i have to think first if it was a dream or not, but i so sure thatdthe sensation i felt was nothing like a dream it was like i was awake and i did feel the seperation even witbout being able to see anything, and the no vision thi g was pretty clear, because i was trying to open my eyes and then seeing nothing.What i want to say is that thesensation in this experience is what i am talking about that makes me think that it was an obe.And the verse of the quran that was cited in the video is a clear proof that if is something real abd i was aware of the verse for sometimes by now.

I was actually believing this and bought some course by someone called Dr. Joe Dispenza but it so difficult to understand the connection of islam and to this and then the waswas of shaytan grew and I was in a bad state for 5 days.
