I just astral projected 2 days ago . It was not a hallucination. I was very conscious when this was happening. I went to space and then I flew to the sun . I talk to the sun . The sun spoke back and said hello . Then I got little scars and said earth home . I turned around and saw earth from a very far distance . After that, I was back in my body . You can do it, if you mediate . I took me several months to do it but I finally do it . I don’t know why he is saying it’s a hallucination when our ancestors was doing this thousands of years ago. They were more spiritual and high vibration than we are today .

We are multidimensional spiritual beings who are WAY bigger than we can even imagine.
