I get scared the minute I feel a pull from the centre of my body, just in case I cannot get back in it.

This started to occur midday yesterday when not even trying while I was sitting reading, but I thought I was just lightheaded (but *knew* it wasn’t just that) and snapped myself out of it😩 After I realized I snapped myself out of hovering between levels of consciousness I was annoyed. Think of all the cool places I could’ve visited.😂

I’ve done this a lot in my sleep, when meditating, in a breathwork class, and during a stressful event. There’s sooo much beyond our 3D world and limited mind!

When I was a kid I remember flying around and now feel like I used to astral project without even knowing it

During astral projection some spirit attract you toward them and when you touch them or they touch you you'll feel like your soul got capture youll get scared and only your subconscious mind is with your spiritual body and physical body..you subconscious mind tell you to calm down its just a dream but it will be so real you'll get scared and fighting. To get rid of that capture and when you mind knew that you'll not calm down than he tell you to wake up your body..than your spiritual body command to your physical body to wake up open your eye and all of sudden you'll wake up eyes wide open a little heart rate up but you can control it... And. After that whenever you go to sleep you feel like someone is with you watching you touching you your hair..but don't afraid it will leave soon..it s just a energy attraction.he just making sure that he met you in spiritual form now your in physical form than he will leave you whatever it been through astral projection fell good for just a minute when you wake up your full body is vibrating buzzing feel like your glowing, light coming out from body full energy refill..i experience all this what I mention above

I've only done it one time. Didn't try to do it either. Went from my bed, to a graveyard like nothing out of the norm thinking it's a dream, heard a crow then it flew down looking like those Weeping Angels, last thing I remember before waking up was being put into a bright af white room & a loud voice telling me to stay put

kalau mengalami nya sendiri memang takut. takut mungkin dengan kecil nya diri sendiri dengan alam yang amat luas tak berpenghujung. dpt dilihat dengan mata kepala sendiri setiap permandangan yang detail serta nyata. terasa seperti luar angkasa yang begitu gelap namun tidak menyukarkan sama sekali untuk melihat.sama seperti saat kita melihat ke arah langit yang berawan serta kita tak pasti apa di hujung nya. permandangan nya menarik & bermacam2 sukar untuk mengagak apa seterusnya.namun aku tak berani terlalu lama. bangun balik dengan sungguh2 cuci kepala baru dpt tidur balik. ianya spt perjalanan ke alam semesta, untuk mengetahui ada yang lebih besar daripada apa yang kita fikirkan.cuma tak berani lama takut di seret ke dlm tmpt tu je. wlwpun dlm sedar, namun tak ingin meneruskan. kebingungan akan terus menerus melanda hati jika berlanjutan serta tak tahu apa yg akan menanti. blh cuba jika ingin meninjau sahaja, yang pasti pengalaman ini sangat luar biasa dari pengalaman sebelum ini, tetapi dalam pada masa yang sama kita ingin kembali kerana kita tahu itu bukan tempat yang sepatutnya fasa kita berada. From time to time I think about what happened, I was inside our home when my boyfriend & his daughter went outside to get her homework out of the truck. When they came in they asked how I got inside so fast before them. At first they tried brushing it off but said that I was outside on the other side of the truck & wouldn't answer them when they tried talking to me.

I always wondered about this. I think without knowing it, people can randomly Astral project. They just don't know what they're experiencing.

I understand enough to get to the point of being conscious and not asleep, yet I enter a place which is different than a dream because it is something or some place completely foreign. I get the feeling and the awe of being somewhere incredible. Then I am back in my body. It never really makes sense as to what I am seeing. I do know, however, that I am some place else like where my spirit comes from, or I am in the presence of another spirit. Sometimes when I know I'm there it can be breathtaking and scary and all of a sudden I'm back in my body. But Mt experience has always been immediately being someplace else and then back again.

Iv done this in my sleep. I'm floating in a different realm. I have also seen the future in my dreams as a kid. Things I dreamed of have came true iv seen different kinds of worlds with dark water and I'm in a ship. One time I projected and was flying and was with a man I felt close to led to believe he was my soul mate mitch. I can't see his face we had a child together and had to drop her off in a city hoping she will be safe. This city was I. A different Galaxy.
