Speaking from my own experience’s there are many entities in the astral realm and with that are the good and the bad you should be spiritually adept understanding one’s self and having a good relationship with your higher power are a good start to guide you and provide protection at the end of the day you are a spiritual being with a physical body which is also a strength it makes you a higher vibrational being to then something that is only spirit. The only scary thing I ever experienced was what I assumed was me staying out of my body to long and when I came back I had sleep paralysis which was a little freaky but I just used my mind stayed calm focused on breaking myself out of it and it worked also there was an entity there at the foot of my bed and when I broke the hold and lifted my head to look it directly in the face it bolted straight at me hopped on the bed and leaped up and over me disappearing threw the wall behind my bed. Believe it or not but this is factual

Huh 🤔 I was extremely curious about AP at one time. So about 3? Yrs ago, I found a guiding vid & I didn’t except anything to happen. However I really began to listen to the voice guidance & the longer it went on the more bizarre & well, real it got. I literally felt like I was leaving my body after approximately an hour of meditation.. I liked it, but at the same time, it freaked me the hell out!!! So I quickly cut the session and sort of breathed in & out really fast.. And I was back on my bed. I honestly didn’t think anything would happen. But it def. did.

There’s also dangers in this world does that mean we shouldn’t leave our houses? No it means you take your precautions. I don’t know much about this but I know that we all have fears and dangers in life and we always find ways to enjoy ourselves safely. I guess the lesson here is to learn everything you can about it from someone who is experienced. Learn how to swim in a pool before you jump into the ocean.

Great video. Any suggestions for preventing any of this side effects? Is there an acceptable practice for tethering your Astral self to the physical body using crystals, strings tied to objects near your physical body, or another person that remains on the physical plane with your body? I'm also surprised that you didn't mention the silver cord being severed as it binds the spirit to the body.
