Most people will react to the topic of veganism because it's so political... overlooking the significance here; which is that we feel an urge to make conscious changes in our life (whatever it may be) when we have such life-changing experiences such as Astral Projection. A lot of people on my channel changed their lives dramatically when their consciousness shifted to this "bigger picture" of reality that Jade talks about.

I've experienced flying over the ocean, my body flew on a passenger ship, I remember jumping off the ship and started flying rt over the water where I could touch the water, but didn't, I landed in what was my backyard, but still can see the ocean water splashing over huge rocks in the water, it was beautiful😍

I experienced self-awareness twice
Once, when I was 15 years old, I saw a soda bottle fall from my hand, but I saw it coming down slowly, so that I could catch it at any moment, but the surrounding time had stopped, everything had stopped.
Once, when I was very sick, I fell on the floor in the hospital, my body seemed to be paralyzed, then I saw myself above my head, and I even saw my eyes looking at the nurses from below, that is, I saw myself both from the outside and from the inside.

Your eating habits do change, it's different for everyone, when things begin to happen (change is inevitable .. its called Awaking, Ascending, Spiritual Journey etc etc.

I’ve had more than thirty out of body experiences.. have traveled into outer space and seen the earth from above.. I can honestly tell you I still eat Wingstop and chick fil a to this day.

As for the side effects too much astral projection can expand your capacity to how much you can feel energetically and emotionally which isn’t alway fun and can be overwhelming when it’s anxiety

I never made the connection between these two things before! This rings so true to me. I am plant based and I became plant based around the time I started unwillingly astral projecting during meditation and sleep. This time of my life was deeply painful as I explored what life meant to me and being thrust into the spiritual world, etc. in the end, I did have this exact feeling of oneness with nature and animals and the world, and I did become plant based. This is very real. Just because you didn’t experience it, doesn’t mean others didn’t.

Think I astro projected after watching ancient sumerian culture and drifted off listening to 417 hz. I was in a chapel then was turned upside down by my feet and was whooshed up in to the atmosphere looking down on earth.
It was the most amazing experience of my life. Going to try again

I agree with most of the things she said. However, you can be compassionate to animals, but still eat them. It depends on how you see and feel about it. I've seen many videos on how the animals we consume are treated and processed. It hasn't stopped me from eating meat.
