I have had this experience five times last year. It's very real. We are more than our physical bodies and no it's not DEMONIC. The first time it happened I was resting on my back half asleep and half awake when suddenly I felt vibrations that I thought were the bed shaking. It wasn't the bed it was my body. Ive had a NDE as a baby and remembered it before i was told what happened. I use to lucid dream as a kid and my dad who also had a NDE as a baby use to be able astral travel. When he was away from home he would visit me in my dreams and then call the next morning and ask if i remembered what happened. He would say something to jog my memory then it would all come flooding back.

Thank you so much for such an inspiring and inspiring video on the subject of astral travels and Out-of-Body experiences. I am a Out-of-Body experiencer and astral travels since my awakening that happened in early 2012. To make it short, in 2021 during the pandemic, I do recall that it's was a Saturday at noon during the summer time. I just finish to have my lunch and needed to relax and digest. I went to my bedroom and sat in my bed 🛌 with my back leaning on the wall. Suddenly, I fell sleepy and took a deep breath to relax with my eyes closed. Suddenly, without warning ⚠️ all my body began to vibrate from toe to my feet that were immediately paralyzed. The vibration moved on the top of my chest, making me shaken including my entire bed 🛌. My ears were ringing and I knew what was going to occur. I kept calm, briefing slowly. When the intense vibration reached my heart then exist to the top of my crown, I heard a loud sound like if I was near to an airport when an airplane is taking off. Then, suddenly I heard a puff and existed my body and found myself floating above the roof of my apartment. I began to fly ascending at high speed in the blue sky like a Royal eagle. I just began my astral travel. After flying in the sky for a while, I started to descend loosing my altitude. I found myself flying above an unknown beautiful town with houses 🏘 that looked like those of the middle age. I don't know why, but my spirit directed me in one particular house and landed in front of her courtyard. An unknown force pushed me to enter the house, what I did and reaching the leaving room, I saw a man and a lady who were talking. Suddenly, the lady saw me and seemed surprised. I ran 🏃‍♂️ faster and existed from the backdoor reaching the backyard. I knew that that lady will follow me to check it out. Suddenly, I heard a voice coming deeper inside me, telling me to immediately take off. What I did. I found myself flying on the top of that house. As I was spinning around, I looked below and saw that lady who was looking at me and was shouting and screaming in anger saying; " Do not come back and if you do I will cut you off..." Then, I began to ascend in the sky, I turned on my left to depart, but I heard again the lady shouting at me, she was holding a long machette, screaming and saying;" Do not go on the left direction, go on your right..." I don't know why, but I obeyed her and made a U-turn then I flew at high speed in the deep space. Suddenly, I woke up to my bed, I was sweating and my heart was beating and pumping. I wonder, who was that lady 🤔 Thank you 😊

Astral projection can be dangerous. If you are in a negative environment and you project from that environment you may encounter negative entities. Be responsible in your own vibration and the vibration of your location before projecting. I know the claims about projection are mixed some say it's never bad other say something similar to what I said. I speak only from experience It is not always rainbows and angels.

I’ve had two obe. When i was young i would sleep walk and have bouts of sleep paralysis. It was during a couple episodes of the paralysis that i had the obe’s. I had two astral projection experiences in 2021.

The first time I experienced it, I was afraid. I didn’t know what was happening. I thought I was dead. I was floating in the living room and there was a bright light blue hue emitting from everywhere. I didn’t go anywhere but back into my body bc I kinda freaked out. I couldn’t speak or touch anything in that dimension. I could see everything my family member was doing while sleeping. When I awoke, I inhaled deeply returning to my body.

The second experience was while sleeping again, this time I came out half way enough to see a different being not far from the bed. I’m not sure what it was. It was a shadowy figure with a cloak like clothing. We can’t believe everything we see or hear so I’m not sure what it was. I became enveloped with fear and again, couldn’t utter a single word. I managed to squeeze out, “In the name of Jesus, ” and it vanished. I woke up the same way in tears, this time with so many more questions.

I do know we must be prepared mentally for the spiritual warfare.

I feel like I’ve been forced into astral projection. I’ve had sleep paralysis and lucid dreams my whole life, but here recently, I will be laying in my bed awake, but very relaxed and I will start hearing like static from a radio and the more I relax, the louder it gets, but I’m still able to move, and then I’ll feel like someone touched me, or I’ll hear a loud sound, like my front door slamming and I will go to sit up and sit up right outside of my body!! It doesn’t happen that way every time, sometimes I sit up still in our realm and have to get up and check the house to make sure no one is here making noise, it’s so weird, and that’s what brought me here. Folks, I will tell you what it’s really like…. The truth, and you are not gonna be able to do this within the first year’s of attempting it.. you are not asleep like the movies portrayed to you. You are conscious. You have to begin with at least I do, almost seeing that you were out in space as though you were an astronaut floating in space without any gear. You need to focus on a light and try to basically grab that light and imagine it. Pulling you with whatever speed you want it to go. You will begin filling a rocking. It might be a rocking from your head to your feet as though you were on a swingset or at other times it might be a swinging feeling side to side. It is really never the same. Know anybody around you which I do recommend somebody else be there, will not see your body floating, but you will become floating and it is usually not at one time so your feet will float up a little bit and then your head and it will continue that way as you float. Anybody next to you again they cannot see this but the bed impossible objects on the bed can actually Start moving and this moving or rocking whoever is there with you will be able to feel this if it is on a surface like a bed, if it is on a floor, no that’s not the case. But at this point you are now in sleep paralysis, and I do not recommend you doing this alone For the first year . You will not be able to just start this initially and think you’re going to complete this entire task. No, this will take you years to get to that level and you’ll become terrified in so many cases and times until you know exactly how to get out of sleep paralysis And this begins to open a door for you and I don’t know if that door is always positive or negative. You have to remember just like your door at home you can’t always control what is going to come through that door. You will become increasingly able to know more, predict more, and understand more, but if you are not prepared for this, this could mentally destroy you, and I’m choosing my words very carefully as I’m telling you this. This is nothing to take for granted, and just don’t think that there are no health risk, spiritual risk, or an invitation to some thing that you might not want with you. Remember as much as this video wants to tell you, these are all old ancient techniques, yes, they are right, they are, but are you ready to take on some thing that you might not know what it is or what it’s gonna cost you to do so
