Keep posting man! Glad you're keeping it real and being honest about everything. I've projected and had both good and bad experiences because the first time It ever happened to me was actually accidental. But I was SO awake in my ''Dream'' I thought ; That I knew there had to be more. And then with a little research I found out what Astral Projecting is, And I've been a believer since. Doin great! Its been a bit since Ive commented !

Okay thank you for this. So I experienced this continuously for the first time last night, and I FREAKED OUT. The sound of Astro projecting when you are detaching from your body and the full body vibration scared me. I was trying to wake up my partner because I thought that the house was vibrating and we were in an emergency and then I realized… wait he can’t hear me.

I’m not normally into this kind of thing but I actually went to a hypnosis because I have been waking up screaming with night terrors and I wanted them to end… turns out I wasn’t remembering my astral projection experience - and I have been doing it for years.

I am saying this because a lot of people astral project but they won’t remember it because the subconscious mind will shield you from it until you are ready. (This is what I was told)



So insane but a new change - hoping that it will become less scary. I’m a little scared to fall asleep honestly.

Sir, I am a boy of 16 and am a student. I have been trying astral projection from a while. I am worried and even afraid. Not because of the experience but the thought that after my astral projection experience I might feel like this physical life is worthless and I will loose the taste for this physical life.
