Hi Carol i just recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetis cause of lack of exercise and diet since then i am thinking how can i exercise at home and in quickest time i am very thankful i found your video now i everyday watch your video and do the workout..hopefully the next i see my doctor my blood sugar comes back to normal 🙏 thank you so much again 😊
