There is no one diet that everyone should follow. I tried following nutritional advice based on the most current science for over a decade, and I felt bad, was eating more than I wanted to because that's what the advice said, and it just wasn't working. Nutritional advice changes so quickly and so drastically, that I decided to just figure out what _my_ body needed. It's worked out really well.

If I eat within the first two hours after I wake up (it's a rare occurrence since I'm never hungry in the morning), I feel sluggish and I'm hungrier the whole day. If I wait until mid-morning and have something, I'm much better off. It takes me awhile to get going in the morning, and eating while I'm still not up to speed exacerbates the problem, and makes it last for hours. If I wait until I'm fully awake and actually feel hungry, my mind is clearer, I'm more productive, and I have more energy. I don't eat when I'm not hungry. Then, when I am hungry, I eat what I'm craving (fruits, veggies, nuts, etc.).

Chewing gum also prohibits the fight or flight respond so stops you panicking. This is because when you start to salivate the brain realises there mustn't be danger because you're eating and so you relax.

I was once trying to memorize a poem and it was taking me so long, after I ate fruit salad I could really tell there was a difference, I was able memorize it much more easily

No, the typical 'three-meal' day is simply culturally driven. Overall health is not conducive with it.

Eggs with bacon or sausage. As well as biscuits and gravy, or oatmeal with fruits. Have them all or combine to your liking. I usually go eggs, bacon, oatmeal with fruits, and a glass of orange juice.

I've recently (the last 2 years) decided that scrambelled eggs(+toast optional) or omelette with onion bacon and spinach are my go to breakfasts mostly scrambelled eggs because its done in 3minutes or so and it makes me feel ready to conqour the day be that a college exam, musicexam or archery competition xx

This has some truth to it...when I was a kid we couldn't afford breakfast and I felt like shit and just couldn't focus because id just watch the clock waiting for lunch :/
