My day is exactly like that! Except that it's always raining in my city and I have to drive the kids to school and work till sundown and pick up the kids and help them with homework and then go to bed.

Great job man, so many ppl think it’s impossible to live this life. It’s not so long as u prioritize it (during ur free time) and stay disciplined. Even with a wife, kids, and average salary. U don’t have to be as extreme as this man with both the diet and workout if u need to accommodate other responsibilities. Even half of what he does is still magnificent.

I love the ‘movements’ routine. Digestion walk, post work activity, I hadn’t even realized I had a similar routine until now!

I really like this dude-he’s obviously super fit and has a good spirit about him. Unfortunately unlike many of us, he seems to have a decent amount of time to work out and incorporate other forms of wellness/fitness into his daily routine time. Many of us have children and jobs that don’t allow this abundance of time. My strategies are that I’ve started to get up earlier to work out, get up out of my seat every so often at work and/or add a walk in when possible, get my kids involved in a general fitness activity like walking or hiking on weekends, and meal prepping as best as possible.

Great diet just one thing not many people know, white rice blocks zinc so the high zinc you'd usually get from the grass fed beef is going to waste
