Honey is mainly glucose and Agave syrup is mainly fructose, which is even much worse. No good substitutes for artificial sweeteners therefore.
Fructose can only be consumed in the form of fruit. Otherwise it is even worse then glucose.

Salt (or just NaCl) is needed for proper production of stomach acid, which lessens digestion time. This is a good thing.
Saturated fat is known to produce much more oxidation-resistant cell membranes. This is also good.
Polyunsaturated fats by contrast, are raw materials for highly reactive cell membranes, which promote cell damage.

Please note the distinction between grain fed meat and dairy sources (high in Omega-6 and low in Omega-3) and grass-fed meat and dairy sources (rich in Omega-3)

Wrong obsolete advice about dairy. Whole grains: loaded with glycosate. Flour, itself, and not the additives are the enemy. Damn it, did you just put this video together for just click bait? Get your recommendations right. Alcohol, poison, but a little poison is okay? See what you are doing? Sugar info wrong too! Just damn!

I doubt, that fermented dairy products caus inflammation, as the are lower in the milk sugars and also have good bacteria, which is helping the gut ... so kefir and buttermilk and cheese is probably no big deal ... if we are getting paniced about side effects of food, what can we eat? veggies have side effects, meats have, grains have spices have, fish has ... also, not every oil is the same ... of course, we should not eat too much overly processed food, but if you eat mixed up and moderate, everything should be fine

Never described the link between milk and leaky gut. Just because it has saturated fat? Basically you are saying anything that can contribute to inflammation will contribute to leaky gut. Inflammation is actually the result of leaky gut. Many whole grains, which this video endorsed, mechanically contribute to leaky gut, including gluten for those who are gluten sensitive. This was verified by research at the Columbia University Medical Center.
