50 Days Progression: SPLITS!! An inflexible man's struggle

I've always thought that splits looked cool. So, for the past 50 days, I practiced working on my splits.

At first, I practiced 10 minutes a day, thinking I would be able to see some progress - [spoilers] I didn't. I then increased my stretching sessions to 30 minutes a day and heightened the intensity of each stretch.

In hindsight, I should have attempted front splits before middle splits. I am still happy with my results and will continue to stretch until I am successful!

Finally someone who is being honest about doing the splits. It's not easy, you have to done tonnes of hip flexor Warm-ups. And the first couple of days, you realise, your not progressing anyway, and you feel frustrated at your slow progress, but that is what it is all about, slow progress, you can't rush it, if you do, your gonna cause yourself more injury.

Lol the kid of the clip screaming at 0:25 hahaha it's very interesting how much time it takes to develop flexibility within hip abduction. To create permanent change in length of muscles and joints takes pushing past a comfortable limit for long periods of time. Pretty rough! You definitely made progress though. Good documentation of it. Also, very funny the scene of your gf helping you with the splits hahaha

Hi there. This is the most realistic clip I ever seen about splits as others jist liers trying to get subscribers and views... My friend u done great 👌 ur average to get complete split is about 4 months to max 5 months... so good luck... do lots of warm ups so u do not pull a muscle... u need to stretch each muscle average 5 mins a week
