I’m a gymnast, you have to start slowly and work your way up. 15 seconds as far as you can down. Then 30. Then a minute. You will get injured if you push too much, but you must push yourself.

Also for kick-boxers do butterfly stretches regularly in morning, it will help your legs after a hard kicking session, and it can help kick higher.
