I was able to do splits like 3 years ago but then I stopped stretching and now I'm unable to do front splits let alone middle splits. Starting again 👍
It took me 30 days last time to get full splits

Blocks are helpful. Been using 2 of them and now I’m down to 1. So I’m about 2 -3 inches away from a full split ❤

How would the stack of yoga blocks improve the split if we have tight hips and hamstrings. How long should we stay in the pose though?

I used pillows after stretching. I was at the last one, then I noticed that i can do the full front splits in 1DAY, but it hurts, but thank you 😊

I don't have blocks, but Ive been using couch cushions. Gotta use what you have haha. I've already gotten lower and more comfortable, not all the way down yet

Wow that’s amazing! I been stretching for a year after my schools cheer team was shut down because of Covid and I lost my splits, and it was pretty hard since my muscles were tight! But I got my splits, the only thing is when I do a split I don’t feel anything but my knees always bend so I have to hold my leg down (without any pain of course) while in the splits, any tips to fix my legs bending?

I’m naturally very flexible on one side. Within a week I went down to one yoga block. I’ll probably be flat in another week. On my other side in two yoga blocks up and feeling like I’m dying 😅😂 everyone moves differently!!

What kind of mat do you use? Im right now getting my middle split but my mat is not so good for stretching I already have my other two splits
