I'm thinking about purchasing a board... I hope it's not a waste of money. My wife there's lots of videos on youtube... But I do wish there was a way to erase the clock. I'm one huge tense to watch it which takes to fun out of it

I am new at this but I don't slide smoothly why. And I pulled my inner side of my left leg. So how can I slide easier?
Anyone can help

The whole point of a slide board is to work on skating technique, not as a general exercise method.
