Day 25 Total Body Yoga Workout For Core Strength | Yoga With Tim

Beth returns for this challenge to show us what a dedicated student like yourself can expect from a couple of years of conscious movement in yoga practice. Beth is one of my favorite success stories. I love hearing about what yoga is doing for her. I'm sure you probably have a similar story of how yoga has impacted your life over just these last 25 days.  I'd love to hear about it in the comments section.

Beth, a conscious movement member and one of my local students has experienced a transformation through her practice. Although her career requires her to travel a bunch and she's only able to make it to one or two classes a week if she's lucky, she stays connected in her practice by being a member of the conscious movement, which allows her to continue to deepen and advance even though she can't practice with me regularly.

Having guests like Beth is great! I like all the people Tim brings to his classes but I really appreciate that Beth has a very different practice from the other folks.

Thank you TIm and BETH. I really appreciate you instructing a “real” person who is not as flexible or strong or as young as your Yoga colleagues. Not that I don’t love Stacey! I am in my 50s too and can totally relate to Beth. My strength and flexibility has improved immensely after practicing with you everyday for the past year. My family thinks I’ve been lifting weights. Proves that all you need is YOGA..

Happy to see a woman my own age! I'm about to turn 59, and have been doing yoga regularly for 5 or 6 years, but only in the past 3 months, daily practice, helped along by Tim's videos with this challenge. Enjoy your company!

Tim makes me laugh more than any other yoga teacher . . . And that’s very high praise! Phil

The end of this session was so heartwarming. Please bring Beth back for a full 30 day challenge with her.

Excellent point that those who are dedicated service workers often forget to serve themselves.

Great that Beth isn't as experienced and shows more real postures. Thanks for having her on.

Beth is a fantastic role model and I loved watching someone do poses who wasn't super flexible and super young. It gave me hope.

Still in! Great to see Beth not only still not master the leg up to prepare for warrior 1 but also, the crow pose! These are exactly the things i struggle with and so now at least i have proof, that these things take time and patience is required. So thanks Tim and Beth (no way is she almost 60!) I'm 49 and she looks younger than me! Really great lesson and a timely reminder that patience and taking time to do the movement slowly and correctly, is key. Woop woop, it's the weekend!

Beth, you are an inspiration. I just turned 62 and have been following Tim from Sacramento for three years now (yet to meet in person!) finding these videos. Your input today helped me tremendously, not to get discouraged, and to work harder at my practice. Namaste!

The last two days have been challenging. The outer hip challenges, and stepping forward from knee to chest in plank are both hard. But, getting better. Still in.

I'm 34 and can relate a lot to Beth's story. I work as a Social Worker and spent many years working in acute care in the ER and ICU at our trauma hospital - not giving back to yourself and having a resilience practice very much depletes you. In addition, I have a running injury (I fire my right hamstring more then my glut, burning out my hamstring) and yoga has most certainly helpful get me into better alignment and is teaching my nervous system to fire my gluts more and more. My running is now getting back on track! Thanks Tim and Beth for today's class!

Thank you so much for bringing Beth back to the challenge!! I'm 53 and can completely relate to Beth. Don't get me wrong, I adore Stacy but sometimes get extremely discouraged because I'm not as flexible and can't get into the poses the way she does. I watched Beth in last year's challenge and immediately noticed her chaturanga this year! Way to go Beth! (I STILL can't do it on my toes!) Keep up the excellent work and Tim, keep posting these excellent videos! Namaste. 🙏🙏🙏

Gotta love Beth. For all the same reasons stated by others, let’s get her counterpart, a guy 55-65 yoga student. Best learning for me happens with instruction applied to the real student at the right time and moment. For that reason her Crow pose was the most helpful I’ve seen. Thanks.

Thank you Tim for having Beth back and thanks to Beth for returning. I loved last year's class with her, many instructions actually clicked when I saw he she is doing the move and how you correct it sometimes, was really helpful and today is even better. I notice even the way she sits and how her hips are more open, the improvement is soo clear and natural now. Thank you and I hope we will have Beth again in the future.

I did crow! When you said that the core engagement was like when we were pulling our leg up in plank, it clicked! I am so excited! Thank you to Beth for sharing her practice!

I was afraid of doing this and put it off for 2 days because of the word CORE! I imagined 100 crunches and neck pain for days. NOT SO! This really helps. I am in my early 60's and just developing a home practice since Corona closed my gym and yoga studio. My daughter introduced me to you. Thanks! Thank you too, Beth.
