I’ve had chronic depression for over 7 years and for a long time I’ve been trying so hard to distract myself and I’ve also lost the ability to cry so I’m trying to learn how to finally stop running

Performing this meditation helped me realize that my depression isn't really depression. Whenever I'm having a bout of depression, it mostly isn't sadness. It's fear and frustration.

I've had a deep depression today. Suicidal. I have ibs that keeps going. My granddaughter is here doing her remote school so I have to get up early. My therapist fell and has a concussion. I am scheduled for serious back surgery with no one to help me after ward. I'm trying to reschedule for when I will have help. This is so bad it's funny. This is a really good meditation. It helped.
