I'm 12 weeks in my first prgenancy, I was doing yoga daily before ans I have been too fatigued to make extra time for yoga since becoming pregnant. This is exactly what I needed to get back in to my regular practice! Thank you SO much 💚 One love

I cannot thank you enough for this video!! I just found out I am 4 weeks pregnant and was hoping I would still be able to find beautiful and strong practices on here to keep my body (and baby!!) HAPPY and HEALTHY! My hips are feeling so much better than they have all week 💜💜💜

This is great but it would be so much better if there was a voice over describing what to do so I don't have to constantly look at the screen.
