Strategies to Diffuse Unexpected Behavior

This session will focus on three key components of unexpected behavior. First, participants will understand why behavior escalates. Next, proactive strategies to prevent behaviors from escalating will be reviewed. Participants will also learn strategies to respond to unexpected behavior using relationship-based skills.
