I didn't think much of this video, i thought that even the begginer's exercise would do very little. So I tried to do it, just 10 reps, and immediately i felt the diffrence between the before and after. Really guys, do it, don't think you can't do it.

Learning the role that the nervous system plays to given flexibility, sensation and overall range of motion is probably one of the most important things I've learned to date. I hope you this video insightful! I know there's bound to be a few follow up questions around stretching, mobility drills, soft tissue release etc - the best response I can give to this is if you enjoy doing it, keep doing it! It's not necessarily harmful in most cases and can definitely be incorporated alongside the principles I show here.

I'm 46 years old and haven't been able to bend with my finger tips going below my shins in years. I did 2 sets of 10 with each leg my first time and immediately attempted to stretch after with my finger tips coming to within 6 inches of the floor. Wow, I have never seen such instant results, this is my new favorite video.

you all would not believe how this one type of exercise .has helped my hips

.over the years i have used physios chiropractors witch doctors etc etc and NOTHING HELPED ME also lots of different hip exercises or stretches ..NOTHING WORKED

THESE EXERCISES improved my hips within 2 DAYS
I NOW DO THEM ANYTIME AND ANYWHERE

I love the improvement on my hip movement and especially on my walking I feel so relaxed

Had these exact symptoms for years and was always told to stretch, had physiotherapy, personal trainers, etc and my hamstrings have always been absolute bastards to stretch/flex and I have struggled with that intense cramping in my upper thigh which always indicated a bigger problem; just wasn't sure exactly why or where, now I do! Thank you so much!

Hi and thank you. This worked almost immediately for range of motion. I'm telling everyone on the internet that I have the tightest hip flexors and have had real issues with hamstrings. This video really helped me get some range of motion. I appreciate this explanation. Great content!!
