Some additional notes and tips:

1. Elephant Walk - Great preparation for those feeling super limited by their hamstrings in Jefferson Curls. 20+ reps per leg per set is ideal. As far as equipmentless solution go, I’ve found elephant walk to be king of hamstring mobility because of its repetitive involvement of movement

2. Romanian Deadlift - It’s critical to start at a height high enough so you don’t lose tension in the hamstrings, or round the spine over. If I had to pick only one exercise as a tool for lengthening hamstrings quick, it would be RDLs. The ultimate strength through length hamstring movement that has no upper bound of strength

3. Forward Fold - Toes pointed away will yield less of intense stretch, and overtime getting the toes pointed up will intensity the stretch. Using a towel or band to hook onto your feet is very helpful for beginners
